Directions

The daily dose should be divided into one or two doses.

The recommended starting dose for adults is 5 mg (2 tablets) per day. If necessary, the daily dose can be increased up to 20 mg (8 tablets) and then up to 40 mg (16 tablets) per day. When increasing the dose, the dosage should be increased within a range of 5 to 10 mg (2 to 4 tablets) per day over a period of at least 3 days. After the daily dose reaches 50 mg (20 tablets), the dose can be increased by 25 mg (10 tablets) per day. (Maximum daily dose: 100 mg (40 tablets))
